Unhide the Administrator Account Windows XP Users Open the registry editor, select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon\SpecialAccount\UserList, double click the Administrator icon in the right pane, if icon is not visible, right click in pane and choose New DWORD value, name it administrator, type 1 in the value data box. posted 5.22.06 |
